We're painting set and props this Saturday, May 3, starting at 10 am.
Any time you can give to the production is needed and appreciated. If you can't make 10 am, come at 11, 12, 1, or 2 and someone will be there to let you in.
Company members who have not been photographed in costume need to bring costumes to Sunday's tech.
Sunday's tech is at 12:30 pm

Oompa Loompas in the Studio

Oompa Loompas had their first recording session and here are some photos of the big event. Thanks to sound engineer Dave Angus who has donated his time and talent to this project all for a measly program thank you.

Rehearsals will continue as originally scheduled:

Augustus And Mike TV music for OP's

Oompaa Loompas already have a rehearsal disc, but they are missing Mike TV.
this link takes you to a location where you can download the Augustus Gloop and Mike Teavee songs. They are largish files in wav format, and should play on just about any computer.

Optional Rehearsal- Moved to Tuesday

Well, the month of March is off to an interesting start. We had an optional rehearsal added for Monday March 3, but seeing as the buses have been cancelled, we'll just bump that to Tuesday. This is just to run lines.
The deadline for being off book is March 19. Off book means exactly that--no scripts, no peaking, no cue cards, just total memorization.

A Cry is Heard from Backstage -- HELP!!!!!

We're trying to assemble all those good folks who said they'd help with costumes and props and sets and so on. This week didn't go well. So we are trying again, next Tuesday (Feb 26)There are specific tasks these people can get started on. So, if you are a Charlie supporter, or someone who wants to help, come on out.

Rehearsal Cancelled due to weather-AGAIN!!

Oompaa Loompaas should stay home on Feb 7. Maybe eat some cacao beans or something. Not only were buses cancelled this day, but the school was officially closed. (I don't know what that means, but it's official) See you next week, on Saint Valentine's Day.

Final Rehearsal before Exams

As you may know, we have to suspend rehearsals before and during exams. That's so that all Oompa-Loompa's can study their little hearts out and get amazing marks.
Wednesday Jan 16 is the last rehearsal for all speaking roles.
Please let me (Mr. Coo) or Nicole Kane know, in person, if and why you can't attend this rehearsal. We will make cast changes for roles that have been left open.
We've pretty much finalized the script, so once your exams are over, you can go right ahead and start learning your lines.
